The film follows Deputy U.S. Marshal Sam Gerard (played by Tommy Lee Jones), reprising his role from “The Fugitive,” as he leads a team of marshals on the hunt for Mark Sheridan (played by Wesley Snipes), a former Special Forces operative wrongly accused of murder.
