“The Old Way” ends with a climactic confrontation where Colton Briggs, played by Nicolas Cage, faces James, the antagonist seeking revenge. After a tense showdown, James believes he has achieved his vengeance by shooting Briggs, but is then killed by Brooke, Briggs’ daughter. As Briggs bleeds out, he hands his gun to Brooke, passing on his legacy. The film concludes with the implication that Brooke might continue her father’s path or possibly seek a different life, free from the cycle of violence
