The film introduces us to Carmen and Juni Cortez, two ordinary siblings who live with their parents, Gregorio and Ingrid, in the suburbs. Unbeknownst to them, their parents were once top spies for the OSS (Organization of Super Spies), but retired to raise their family.
When their parents suddenly disappear, Carmen and Juni learn the truth about their family’s past and discover that their parents were kidnapped by an evil genius named Fegan Floop, a former children’s television show host turned villain. Floop plans to use their parents in his latest plot to take over the world using his army of robotic children.
