In the film’s conclusion, following the defeat of Kenta, Tommy Arashikage learns he won’t lead the Arashikage clan due to breaking a family rule. Frustrated, he abandons his family, prompting Snake, determined to make amends, to track him down. Along the way, Snake discovers his late dad was a member of the Joes, who died infiltrating Cobra. Scarlett offers him a chance to fill his father’s shoes. Before leaving, the Arashikage clan gifts Snake a black battle suit and iconic Snake Eyes mask. In a mid-credits scene, Tommy, now known as Storm Shadow, allies with Cobra, setting the stage for a larger conflict between the Joes and Cobra in potential sequels.
