At the end of Renfield, the character Renfield, along with Rebecca, manages to defeat Dracula. They do this by dumping what’s left of Dracula’s body into a drain and filling it with cement, effectively putting an end to his reign of terror. However, they acknowledge that Dracula may not be gone for good, as characters like him tend to find ways to come back. The film ends with a shot of a full pitcher labeled “Dracula blood” on the support group snack table, which Renfield has brought with him, leaving a hint of the vampire’s lingering presence and potential for future stories
