The story follows Deacon Lyle, a former black-ops operative, who wakes up in a hotel room to find that one of his kidneys has been surgically removed. Determined to find the people responsible, Deacon discovers that his estranged brother, George, was the one who stole his kidney and sold it on the black market.
In his quest for justice, Deacon joins forces with a nurse named Ana (played by Charlotte Peters), who helps him navigate the dangerous world of organ trafficking. They uncover a complex network involving powerful criminals and corrupt medical professionals.
As Deacon gets closer to the truth, he faces numerous obstacles and engages in intense martial arts and gunfights to rescue a girl named Lorie (played by Adele Baughan), who becomes a victim of the organ trafficking ring.
In the climax, Deacon confronts his brother George, who had fallen into debt and made a desperate choice to sell Deacon’s kidney. The film builds to a high-stakes confrontation where Deacon must not only save himself but also protect the innocent victims caught up in the illegal organ trade.
