In the film Float, a series of events unfold with various characters. Thea goes missing while on the river, leading to a search where Blake tragically loses his life. Zola, in a state of panic, returns without Thea, prompting Dee to embark on her own search, only to discover Blake’s lifeless body and get abducted by a mysterious figure named Creepy.
Meanwhile, the group continues their journey down the river, with Kali recording for her vlog. Suddenly, Zola disappears underwater, adding to the mounting tension. Madison decides to leave the group after witnessing these unsettling events, but her departure takes a dark turn when she encounters Creepy.
Elsewhere, Creepy leads Dee to an underground storage shed where Thea is supposedly safe, only to trap Dee inside. As Jackson and Kali reach the end of their river journey, they realize they’ve lost the keys to their RV. Jackson ventures back to find them, leaving Kali alone in an eerie setting.
Later, Creepy confronts Kali, claiming to have her friends safe. However, Dee emerges and violently attacks Creepy, leading to a chaotic confrontation. Kali seizes the opportunity to grab Creepy’s keys, and she and Thea flee to safety.
The film ends with Kali finally achieving internet fame by uploading her harrowing experience, marking the conclusion of their ordeal.
