In the climax of the movie, the Fantastic Four—Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic (Miles Teller), Susan Storm/Invisible Woman (Kate Mara), Johnny Storm/Human Torch (Michael B. Jordan), and Ben Grimm/The Thing (Jamie Bell)—use the Quantum Gate to travel to another dimension, which they name “Planet Zero.”
While on Planet Zero, the team faces unexpected dangers, and Victor Domashev (Toby Kebbell), who has become disfigured and empowered by the energy on the planet, turns against them. In the ensuing battle, Reed, Susan, Johnny, and Ben are exposed to the planet’s energy, granting them superpowers.
