Chase, who is going through his own breakup, reluctantly agrees to Nicole’s proposal. As they spend more time together, they begin to reconnect and develop genuine feelings for each other. However, their budding romance is complicated by their social circles and Nicole’s desire to maintain her popularity.

As the centennial celebration approaches, Nicole and Chase face a series of challenges and misunderstandings that threaten to derail their relationship. Nicole’s ex-boyfriend attempts to win her back, while Chase’s ex-girlfriend tries to sabotage their budding romance.

Despite the obstacles they face, Nicole and Chase realize that they genuinely care for each other and decide to pursue a relationship outside the confines of high school cliques and expectations. In the end, they attend the centennial celebration together as a couple, embracing their newfound love and the freedom to be themselves.
