The film follows counterterrorism operative Jack Quinn (played by Jean-Claude Van Damme), who is forced out of retirement when his arch-nemesis, terrorist Stavros (played by Mickey Rourke), resurfaces. During a mission to capture Stavros, Quinn’s pregnant wife, Kathryn (played by Natacha Lindinger), is killed in a terrorist attack.
Following the tragedy, Quinn seeks revenge on Stavros and teams up with arms dealer Yaz (played by Dennis Rodman) and his eccentric weapons expert, to track down and eliminate Stavros once and for all. However, things take an unexpected turn when Quinn and Yaz discover that they’ve been double-crossed by their own agency.
In the climax of the film, Quinn and Yaz confront Stavros at an abandoned amusement park in Rome. A thrilling and explosive showdown ensues, with Quinn and Yaz using their combat skills and inventive gadgets to outsmart Stavros and his henchmen.
Despite facing numerous obstacles and close calls, Quinn and Yaz ultimately emerge victorious, defeating Stavros and saving the day. In the end, Quinn decides to retire from the world of counterterrorism to live a quiet life with his newborn son, finally finding peace after years of conflict.
