Chris Farraday (Mark Wahlberg) is a reformed smuggler living a peaceful life with his wife Kate (Kate Beckinsale) and their two sons. His brother-in-law Andy (Caleb Landry Jones), however, gets involved in a failed drug deal with a ruthless criminal named Tim Briggs (Giovanni Ribisi).
