Big Momma’s House

The film centers around Malcolm Turner (played by Martin Lawrence), an FBI agent known for his ability to successfully go undercover. When a notorious criminal named Lester Vesco (played by Terrence Howard) escapes from prison, Malcolm is assigned to track him down. Intelligence suggests that Lester may be seeking out his former girlfriend, Sherry Pierce (played by Nia Long), who is hiding out in a small Georgia town.

To get close to Sherry and gather information about Lester’s whereabouts, Malcolm devises a bold plan: he will disguise himself as an elderly woman named Hattie Mae Pierce, Sherry’s cantankerous grandmother, and move into the same neighborhood where Sherry lives.

Under the guise of Big Momma, Malcolm quickly ingratiates himself into the community, winning over the neighbors with his cooking skills, wisdom, and larger-than-life personality. He forms a close bond with Sherry and her young son, Trent (played by Jascha Washington), who initially find Big Momma’s presence irritating but eventually grow to love her.

As Malcolm gets to know Sherry and Trent better, he begins to sympathize with their situation and develops genuine feelings for them. However, his mission is complicated by the arrival of Sherry’s ex-boyfriend, Lester, who poses a threat to her safety and the safety of her son.

In a series of comedic and heartwarming moments, Malcolm must balance his duties as an FBI agent with his growing affection for Sherry and Trent. As the stakes escalate and the danger mounts, Malcolm must use all of his skills and resourcefulness to protect his newfound friends and apprehend the dangerous criminal.

In a climactic showdown, Malcolm confronts Lester and his accomplices, using his wits and cunning to outsmart them and save the day. With the help of his FBI colleagues, Malcolm apprehends Lester and ensures that justice is served.

In the end, Malcolm reveals his true identity to Sherry and Trent, who are initially shocked but ultimately grateful for his help and friendship. Malcolm returns to his normal life as an FBI agent, but he remains fondly remembered in the community as the beloved Big Momma who brought joy and laughter into their lives.
