The story begins with the Pickles family, including Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, Lil, Angelica, and their parents, attending the wedding of Chuckie’s father, Chas. At the wedding reception, the children are entertained by the antics of an animatronic dinosaur named Reptar. However, the robotic Reptar malfunctions and causes chaos, prompting the wedding’s organizer, Coco LaBouche, to fire her assistant, Kira Watanabe.

Coco, desperate to impress her boss and secure a promotion, hatches a plan to marry Chas and become the new mother to Chuckie. To do this, she invites the Pickles family to join her in Paris, where she plans to propose to Chas atop the Eiffel Tower.

Excited about the prospect of a family vacation, the Pickles family accepts the invitation and travels to Paris, along with their friends the DeVilles. However, upon arriving in Paris, the Rugrats gang discovers Coco’s true intentions and sets out to stop the wedding and reunite Chas with Kira.

Meanwhile, Angelica becomes jealous of Coco’s lavish lifestyle and schemes to become the flower girl at the wedding, hoping to win her parents’ affection. With the help of her friends, Angelica learns the true meaning of family and friendship as they embark on a series of misadventures across Paris.

As the wedding day approaches, the Rugrats gang races against time to thwart Coco’s plans and reunite Chas with Kira. With the help of some unlikely allies, including the Reptar robot and a group of wild monkeys, they stage a daring rescue mission at the Eiffel Tower.
