The film centers around Gord Brody (played by Tom Green), an eccentric and socially awkward aspiring cartoonist who lives at home with his parents, Jim (played by Rip Torn) and Julie (played by Julie Hagerty). Despite his parents’ disapproval, Gord is determined to pursue his dreams of becoming a successful animator in Hollywood.
