In this dystopian world, Rollerball has emerged as the most popular and lucrative sport, combining elements of roller derby, basketball, and extreme sports into a violent and dangerous spectacle.

The reigning champion of Rollerball is Jonathan Cross (played by Chris Klein), a talented athlete and former professional ice hockey player. Jonathan is lured into the world of Rollerball by his friend and teammate, Marcus Ridley (played by LL Cool J), who sees an opportunity for fame and fortune in the brutal sport.

As Jonathan rises to the top of the Rollerball ranks, he becomes a celebrity and a hero to the masses, thrilling audiences with his daring feats and fearless attitude. However, he soon discovers that Rollerball is not just a game but a deadly competition where the stakes are high and the consequences are dire.

Behind the glitz and glamour of Rollerball lies a dark and sinister agenda, as the corporations that control the sport manipulate the outcome for their own profit and power. Jonathan and his fellow athletes are pawns in a larger game of greed and corruption, forced to risk their lives for the entertainment of the masses.

As Jonathan delves deeper into the world of Rollerball, he uncovers a web of conspiracy and deceit that threatens to destroy everything he holds dear. With the help of Aurora (played by Rebecca Romijn), a journalist investigating the corruption behind Rollerball, Jonathan must expose the truth and fight back against the forces that seek to control him.

In a climactic showdown, Jonathan and his teammates rebel against the oppressive system and take a stand against the corporate overlords who seek to exploit them. With their skills, courage, and determination, they challenge the status quo and inspire others to join their cause.

In the end, Jonathan emerges victorious, not only as a champion of Rollerball but as a symbol of resistance against oppression and injustice. Despite the odds stacked against them, he and his friends prove that the human spirit cannot be crushed and that freedom is worth fighting for, no matter the cost.
