Enchanted

In the climax of the film, Giselle (played by Amy Adams) and Prince Edward (played by James Marsden) finally defeat the evil Queen Narissa (played by Susan Sarandon) and restore peace to both the animated kingdom of Andalasia and the real-world city of New York.

Throughout the movie, Giselle, a fairy-tale princess, is transported from the animated world of Andalasia to the bustling metropolis of New York City. There, she meets divorce lawyer Robert Philip (played by Patrick Dempsey) and experiences the complexities of real-life love and relationships.

In the final moments of the film, Giselle confronts Queen Narissa atop the iconic Woolworth Building in New York City. With the help of her friends and newfound love, Giselle outwits the Queen and ultimately defeats her, transforming into a live-action version of herself as she does so.

As the sun sets on New York City, Giselle and Robert share a romantic kiss atop the building, solidifying their love for each other. The animated characters from Andalasia, including Prince Edward and Giselle’s animal friends, witness the kiss and celebrate the happy ending.

The film ends with Giselle and Robert returning to Andalasia to rule as its new king and queen, bringing a sense of joy and harmony to both worlds.

Overall, the ending of “Enchanted” is a fairy-tale conclusion to the story, as Giselle finds true love and learns important lessons about life and love. Through its blend of animation, live-action, and musical numbers, the film offers audiences a delightful and magical journey into the world of fairy tales and happily-ever-afters.
