Resident Evil: Retribution

As the narrative unfolds, Alice (Milla Jovovich) finds herself trapped in an underwater facility operated by the Umbrella Corporation. The facility, known as the White House, is a simulation used to test various scenarios and weapons against biohazard outbreaks.

In the climax, Alice confronts multiple clones of herself and other characters from previous films, including Jill Valentine (Sienna Guillory), Rain Ocampo (Michelle Rodriguez), and Carlos Olivera (Oded Fehr). The facility’s artificial intelligence system, the Red Queen, is revealed to be an ally, helping Alice and her team against the threat of Albert Wesker (Shawn Roberts) and the Umbrella Corporation.

In the resolution, Alice and her allies, including Ada Wong (Li Bingbing) and Leon S. Kennedy (Johann Urb), manage to escape the facility. However, the situation takes a turn when Alice is attacked by Jill, who is still under the control of Umbrella’s programming.

The film concludes with a massive fleet of Umbrella aircraft descending upon the survivors. The final scenes set the stage for the next installment in the series, hinting at a global battle against the Umbrella Corporation and the impending release of a deadly virus.

“Resident Evil: Retribution” is known for its action-packed sequences and ties to the larger Resident Evil film franchise. The ending, typical of the series, leaves several plot threads open for future developments, setting the stage for the next installment in the ongoing saga.
