Cam (Taylor Lautner) is a New York City bike messenger struggling with financial difficulties. One day, he collides with a beautiful stranger named Nikki (Marie Avgeropoulos) and is introduced to the world of parkour, an urban sport involving acrobatic movements and obstacle courses.
As Cam becomes involved with Nikki and her crew, he learns that Nikki is associated with a group of criminals led by Miller (Adam Rayner). They use their parkour skills to execute heists and evade the authorities. Cam, in need of money, becomes entangled in their criminal activities.
In the climax, Cam discovers that the heists are part of a larger scheme orchestrated by Miller, and he decides to turn against the criminals. The film builds to a high-stakes parkour chase as Cam attempts to stop the criminals and protect his loved ones.
