In the climax of the movie, Charly (Sheri Moon Zombie) manages to survive the brutal game and confronts the aristocratic killers, mainly Father Murder (Malcolm McDowell) and Sister Serpent (Jane Carr), who are the leaders of the murderous group.

Charly discovers that Father Murder and Sister Serpent have been orchestrating the deadly game for years and revel in the chaos and violence it creates. She engages in a final showdown with the killers, determined to end the madness.

Despite Charly’s resilience and fighting spirit, the movie takes a dark turn. She is eventually overpowered by Father Murder and Sister Serpent. However, in the last moments, a mysterious figure referred to as Doom-Head (Richard Brake), who had been one of the sadistic killers pursuing Charly throughout the game, reappears.

Doom-Head kills Father Murder and Sister Serpent, seemingly breaking the cycle of the deadly game. However, instead of letting Charly go, Doom-Head decides to finish what he started. The movie ends with Doom-Head preparing to kill Charly.

The ending of “31” is open to interpretation, leaving the fate of Charly unresolved. The film concludes on a chilling note, emphasizing the unpredictable and merciless nature of the sadistic killers.

In summary, “31” concludes with the apparent end of the deadly game orchestrated by Father Murder and Sister Serpent, but the fate of Charly remains uncertain as Doom-Head prepares to deliver a potentially fatal blow. The film leaves viewers with a sense of dread and ambiguity.
