Alice Through the Looking Glass

The movie follows Alice Kingsleigh (Mia Wasikowska) as she returns to Wonderland to save the Mad Hatter (Johnny Depp). She discovers that the Hatter is in a deep emotional crisis because he believes his family, who were presumed dead, might still be alive.

In the climax of the film, Alice travels back in time using the Chronosphere, a device that controls time, to find out the truth about what happened to the Hatter’s family. She discovers that the Hatter’s family survived an attack by the Jabberwocky but were separated and presumed dead.

Alice realizes that it was Time (Sacha Baron Cohen) who originally created the Red Queen (Helena Bonham Carter) by turning the sweet and innocent Iracebeth into the angry monarch. Time, who initially appears as an antagonist, eventually helps Alice by giving her control of the Chronosphere.

In a race against time, Alice attempts to set things right by preventing the traumatic events that led to the creation of the Red Queen. The climax involves various time-related challenges and confrontations.

Ultimately, Alice successfully alters the past, preventing the events that created the Red Queen. This leads to a reshaping of Wonderland, and the characters’ destinies are changed. The film ends with Alice returning to the real world and deciding to embark on a new adventure, traveling the world on her late father’s ship.

In summary, “Alice Through the Looking Glass” concludes with Alice successfully altering the past, preventing the creation of the Red Queen, and reshaping the destinies of the characters in Wonderland. The film ends with a sense of resolution and Alice embracing new adventures in both Wonderland and the real world.
