The ending of “Inside” can be interpreted in two ways: either Nemo, played by Willem Dafoe, made his escape or he gave up on his life after building a masterpiece out of the items within the apartment he was trapped in. At the end of the film, Nemo is able to unscrew all the nuts of the sconce on the ceiling and escape through the shaft.
